I am a firm believer in the power of the mind and the magic in words!
Lao Tzu is believed to have been a Chinese philosopher (a person who seeks to answer questions about humans and their place in the universe) and the accepted author of the Tao te ching, the main text of Taoist thought. He is considered the father of Chinese Taoism (a philosophy that advocates living a simple life). Taoism in itself is rather complex at first glance but as you read up (Taoism explained here)on what it entails, it connects a lot of dots.
What are Mantras?
The earliest mantras were composed in Vedic Sanskrit by Hindus in India, and are at least 3000 years old. Mantras now exist in various schools of Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism
- A Mantra is a sacred utterance, a numinous sound, a syllable, word or phonemes, or group of words in Sanskrit believed by practitioners to have psychological and spiritual powers.
- Mantra meditation helps to induce an altered state of consciousness.
- A mantra may or may not have a syntactic structure or literal meaning.
- They are typically melodic, mathematically structured meters, believed to be resonant with numinous qualities. At its simplest, the word ॐ (Aum, Om) serves as a mantra. In more sophisticated forms, mantras are melodic phrases with spiritual interpretations such as a human longing for truth, reality, light, immortality, peace, love, knowledge, and action.
- Some mantras have no literal meaning, yet are musically uplifting and spiritually meaningful.
Find the Creator Within
We are all Creators albeit an extension of Source experiencing life on Earth at present. We hold enormous power and responsibility with that power when we realize that we have the ability to think, speak, create and manifest our own realities. This comes with a huge responsibility and yes, even the dark knows how much power humans can yield once they’ve tapped into this secret they’ve kept from us.
The easiest way to get started is to learn something about Cosmic Laws. One of them is the Law of Attraction. There are hundreds more and you may surf the net at leisure looking them up. For now we shall focus on the Law of Attraction, Abundance and creating the reality YOU CHOOSE!
My personal Mantra
As a beginner you’ll want some guidance to get started and you will find many internet tips on how to implement Mantras in your meditations. Mine has evolved over time and I use them daily as I sit, walk, drive or meditate. Not all days are good days and often I find that I have to repeat certain phrases to get me through a day! Overall, my world is a happy, positive and light-filled space and I lovingly share my daily Mantras with you here.
Feel free to use this as a template for creating your own.
Please note however that these are my personal words, adapted to suit me and my journey. You might have to add or change words given your calling, your gift or visualization of the reality you wish to create. Focus on each word, the meaning and power behind that word, what you want to achieve. Hint: Always speak in the Positive. Using negative word like “I want….” or “I need….” is telling the Universe that you have a lack of something. The secret to creating your reality is to LIVE, SPEAK AND THINK AS IF YOU ALREADY HAVE IT! Mine is as follow:
I am a Divine, Spiritual, Sovereign (Human) Being
I am the Creator, a Descendant from Source and Mother Earth, an Earth Seed, having a human experience
I am a brave, knowledgeable Healer, Shaman, Soul Warrior, Awakener and Living Guide
I am loved and protected by the most sincerest, positive and highest vibrational forces in the Universe
I am Love, Light, Truth, Wisdom, Sacred Ancient Knowledge, Peace, Harmony, Balance, Intuitive, Empathy, Tolerance, Patience, Kindness, Forgiving, Friendly, Helpful
I am always connected to the Universe, to Mother Earth and “My Team”*. I am always aware, guarded and guided on this journey
I call on all my Ancestors, my Guides and Guardians, my Guardian Angels, all Ascended Masters, all Archangels, my Plant Spirits and Guides, my Animal Spirits and Guides
I bring thanks, love and appreciation to them all, I thank and honor them deeply for being “My Team”, for looking after me, keeping me safe, protected and guided
Archangel Michael, fill me with bright, white titanium light, extend it out and seal me with your Blue Light
St. Germain, seal me with your Purple Light
Add the Disco Ball** shield as I head to work and deflect/reflect all negativity back to it’s source, followed with love, light and forgiveness. Let it be converted to love and light if it so chooses and if not, let Source do what is necessary for all Higher Good
And so it is….
You may seem daunted by how long this Mantra looks but I promise you it only seems that way at first. Initially I sat down and wrote down what I needed from a Mantra, what I needed to confirm, give thanks for and maintain daily. It was pretty freaky how quickly I learned this and subsequently fine-tuned it a bit to suit my daily routine. In fact, nothing is cast in stone and I still add or remove phrases whenever I feel guided to do so. I reckon the fact that you pour your personal emotions into this makes it easier to remember as you are already living this life, you just need to say it out loud and let the Universe confirm it.
Remember, this is your personal prayer/Mantra. Own it. Create it. Manifest it and be free in the knowledge that you are Sovereign and no human, entity or ancient species can control you or your reality any more!
In Love, Light & Unity
* My Team refers to all my Ancestors, Guides, Guardians, Ascended Masters and Archangels I have come to know personally and address by name. Collectively I speak to my team and at times I will address them individually as I need to address issues that they individually take care of.
** Disco Ball Shield is exactly that. Imagine a disco ball with all those thousands of mirror tiles on and this ball is surrounding you. Whatever is aimed at you like negative thoughts, wishes or intentions from another (especially unawakened 3D ones) gets deflected/reflected back at them. Imagine instant Karma for them, being smacked in the face with their own negative emotions or feelings THEY CREATED!
*** This is my optional extras. Sometimes I address my Innate Self or even my Cellular structure. By doing this I practice self-healing etc. Other times I merely feel the need to practice the ancient Hawaiian method of healing called Ho’oponopono whereby I need to make amends with someone or everyone by saying “I love you, I’m Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You”……. You have carte blanche here….Follow your instinct and do what you are guided to do.
